Intuitive sound healing is all about connecting to the inner knowledge we have inside ourselves that allows us to use our vibration for the higher good.

This type of workshop is in no way about learning to sing but about understanding how sound in all its varied forms can have amazing benefits on our physical, mental and spiritual selves, connecting us as people to the journey of our Soul.

SOUND HEALING FOR FUN AND HEALTH WORKSHOPS

I also run group workshops in Sound Healing for fun and health that enable people to connect to the beauty of using their voices and playing an instrument in a relaxed and energising way.

All instruments are provided by me. No musical experience is needed what-so-ever!

I have worked for many private organisations utilizing this method of working with sound, from the 1hr Workshop sessions to the 10/15min Ice Breakers where we substitue the inclusion of instruments with clapping and foot tapping.
