Medicine Cards are Native American in origin; they came from the understanding the native Americans had of Nature and its animals. Each animal had a lesson to teach that applied to the human search for unity with all our relations (everything in Nature). It is through Nature that the teachings come and through Nature that we will return.

Journeying

Is a way of connecting to the inner self for help with any given situation. The energetic world that we live in can take many forms; one of them is in the guise of animals. In this form they can communicate to us deep wisdom which can benefit our growth. In this session we ask for the help of power animals to guide you to the inner answers that you need by entering into the world of meditation, connecting you with your power animal/animals and the hidden message that it has for you.
